Need an MC but too unwell to commute? Telemedicine lets you consult a Singapore-registered doctor, receive treatment advice, and secure a DigiMC without leaving your bed. Follow these quick steps to move from sign-up to completion in one sitting.
1. Register once
- First-time patients complete self-registration at https://api.digitalhealth.sg/Rego. Your NRIC and contact details help us link past MCs and prescriptions.
- Existing patients can jump straight to the Join Queue form at https://api.digitalhealth.sg/join-queue.
- Keep your Singpass or NRIC handy. Doctors must verify your identity before issuing medicolegal documents.
2. Alert the concierge
Send us a WhatsApp message at +65 8897 7900 once you have registered. Our coordinators:
- Confirm you are in the correct queue.
- Share the estimated wait time (usually 0–15 minutes).
- Help upload photos, temperature readings, or medication lists so the doctor sees everything upfront.
3. Video consult with the doctor
When your turn arrives, you will receive a secure video link. Please:
- Take the call in a quiet, well-lit space.
- Show your thermometer, BP monitor, glucose meter, or any relevant device.
- Be specific about onset, symptoms, and whether you can still perform daily tasks.
Doctors can pause the consult if they suspect red flags such as chest pain, persistent vomiting, or severe breathlessness. In those scenarios you will be directed to an in-person clinic or A&E.
4. Payment, DigiMC, and medications
- Pay via PayNow or credit/debit card once the consultation ends.
- DigiMCs, receipts, and summary notes arrive via email within minutes.
- Need medication? Choose courier delivery (typically within three hours) or self-collect from our partner clinic. Each parcel is sealed and requires a verification code.
Quick reminders
- Teleconsults run weekdays 9am – 3pm (excluding public holidays).
- Keep a guardian nearby if the patient is under 18 or elderly.
- Telemedicine is not suitable for emergencies—call 995 or visit the nearest A&E instead.
