Can a teleconsult doctor issue an MC?
A doctor may issue a digital MC after assessing that you are medically unfit. An MC is not guaranteed before the consultation.
When should I visit a clinic instead?
Use in-person or emergency care for severe breathlessness, chest pain, stroke symptoms, major injury, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, confusion or other rapidly worsening symptoms.
